Fix Horrible Font Aliasing in Virtual Box PopOS (Ubuntu 20.04)

I wanted to try PopOS and their Pop Shell on my new 4k monitor. So I setup a Virtual Box VM, however it looked awful!

I tried various settings inside PopOS (based upon Ubuntu 20.04). However nothing seemed to work.

It turns out it was Virtual Box doing some horrible scaling for me.

To fix the issue, for the VM I went to Settings > Display and set Scale Factor to 100% or Min.

After a reboot everything now looked as expected. You can then also use the scaling inside Gnome if this is too small for you.
