Middle Click with 3 Finger Tap Xubuntu 18.10

With the XPS 13 and XFCE I’ve had to run the following command to allow the three finger middle mouse click functionality on the touch pad. So that when I tap the pad with three fingers it does a middle click, which is very useful for closing tabs and pasting highlighted text.
